go to service mode.

press up and down button. then press ok. go to SP5810 and reset.

that seems as firmware update issue

Go to user tools
than select the time for power save mode,reset mode set those timer off or for long time

You probably don't have an online key on a 5200dn. In this case you need to power on while holding escape and the third LCD Burton which is directly above escape. It should reset just by doing this. Mine did just about 5 min ago :)

Call a Ricoh Technician to Reset the codes

From the Control Panel > Printers and Faxes, select your printer driver and open the printing preferences.
In Setup, in the [Job Type:] click on the arrow and select Locked Print.
Press Details and enter User ID and password.
Print a document.
Go at the printer and press the Menu button and select Locked print, and enter your password to print your doc.
