most of the time when your plugged into the pc it will charge see if this is true for your player if so leave it on the the pc for a few hours also drain the battery fully then charge for a few hours
OK TRY THIS...Turn unit on and allow to completely run dead.Allow to fully charge.this should reset and no more constant reboot.Please allow to fully charge.Do not rush this process.RICHARDM69
