Hi, I bought Sony Hometheatre DAV-HDX265 having region code 1 & as live in India I need to change the region code to 0(all) so that all dvd cassetes can be played. I want your help to fix this problem.

You can try downloading a region free player program then you will be able to play all the region-locked discs. You could try Leawo Blu-ray Player which can play Blu-ray and DVD discs from any region. If the DVD discs can't be played on this player, then it's highly possible that the DVD disc is unplayable.
