Iam trying to register My shaver in order to get the extra years warranty. it is an HQ6990/16

it should tell you on the paperwork you got with the razor, if not try there web site ,failing that go back to the shop were you bought it and see what they can do to help,ok

The extra one year free what? Have you tried contacting the company offering the whatever it is?

First thing, reset the outlet. That's a common thing looked over. Next (if that doesn't work) is pull out the warranty papers because if it isn't the outlet, then it's the product. If you have had it for less than a year, they should allow you to use your warranty and have them fix it.

Philips shavers have a 2 year limited warranty. The warranty does not cover the shaver heads
