On your sky remote select interactive button, go too customer services and select option 5 , setting up sky remote, you should be able to find lg codes to try there. If not then try the internet for codes. You may have to wait though I didnt get my code for 6 months after getting new tv, but dont give up.
To use sky+ remote control with LG 42LH3000 you must have a rev ver8 remote controller.
The codes are stored in a database of the Sky remote. If the old codes don't work you may need to buy the latest Sky remote. Otherwise it is a matter of waiting for the new Sky remote which may have the updated codes.

try the volume if this works then press SELECT to save the code. If not then press TV again then the volume. repeat this step until the volume works then press the SELECT button to save the code.
