Utilitech 2 outlet timer - 0155671

No.
Each outlet has same on-off programming.
Utilitec does not make 2-channel timer.... and neither does any other consumer timer company... unless you buy a box timer like Intermatic ET 1100 or 1800 series etc 2-4-6-8-12 channel timers.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html#ET-series

To have 2 different programs from same outlet, then buy 2 bar timers that both fit same outlet, and then program each to suit need.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#bar

Many bar timers are 24-hour instead of 7-day.

We have a Utilitech timer and can't program to come on or off Please advise...

I bought a Utilitech 2-outlet timer #0155671 last year and have lost the instructions. I was playing around with it today, trying to program it. My screen was blank because it had sat dormant over the last year. This can be remedied by plugging the unit in to recharge the internal battery and pushing the reset button on the front.

Here'e how I programmed the unit. To set the day/time; press and hold the "clock" button then press the "day" button once to advance the arrow at the top of the digital screen to the correct day. Continue to hold the "clock" button while pressing the "hours" button to cycle to the appropriate time. The AM / PM indicator changes automatically as you cycle through the hours. Do the same thing for the "min" button to set the appropriate minute.

It appears that there are 9 different on/off times that can be set in the unit. The timer number is in the lower left corner of the digital screen. Each time one pushes the "prog" button a separate "on" time, then "off" time is selected for each of the 9 instances. Press "prog" to select the desired timer instance (either an "on" of an "off"). Press the 'Day" button to toggle through several different day settings. These are specified by arrows under different days at the top of the digital screen. Then press the "hours" button to select the appropriate hour and the "min" button to select the appropriate minute. Press "prog" again and the "off" instance for that timer setting is selected. Use the hour and min buttons to set off times. Pressing the "Prog" button again will select the next on/off timer instance for programming.

Hopefully you can follow these rudimentary, somewhat confusing instructions.
