Replacement manuals and charger

I need a replacement users manual in english and a charger for a M883 Kodak Easyshare camera I also need a replacement manual for a M853 Easyshare Kodak Camera Any help would be greatly appreciated

Kodak M883 will not accept charge when plugged to computer and will not go on either when plugged to computer.

Not all computer USB ports put out enough current to charge batteries.

If you're connected through a hub, try bypassing the hub and connecting directly to the computer. If you have another USB port available, try that. If you have a USB charger that plugs into a power outlet, try that.

Kodak Easyshare M883 overheats when battery & camera is off

There is a dead short somewhere within the battery holder, replaceing the battery will not fix it It will require intervention by a technician to uncover and fis the short circuit or bare wire. Check out the minimum repair cost and compare it to replacing with a newer model. It may well be throw away.

HELP!! I am having a real Kodak moment. I have a Kodak M883, The wall charger says the battery is full but when you put the battery in the camera the camera turns on, the lense extends, battery reads...

Hello :

It seems that the battery is dead or the battery base is rusty or there's isolation stuff on it . Try to clean the base first . If that didn't help , then I recommend you to replace the battery .
