Most of the time you will use flat blade screw driver, starting at the bottom edge to pry open the case then work your way around, also look at YOUTUBE, just search for HOW TO OPEN LCD MONITOR.
BenQ makes monitors for DELL and HP.
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). i think you r installed any lan card ar etc. when you had taken com thing from the shop he will geve garenti for minimum one weak. for each component they geve a instaltion cd please instal. and see the system requiredments and proseed to ti ok
