T Mobile Wing bluetooth and music help please

its a codec problem, probably download tcpmp player for windows mobile

copy the cab file to your phone and use file explorer to install it. That will play basically nearly all file formats at the moment

you probly got a bad digitizer (touch screen) so it does not know you are touching the screen it will stay there for ever untill problem with touch screen is solved

Make sure you have the current version on your device. Log in to your T-Mobile account and go to Support then click on Phone & Device. You should be able to verify what your version is upon upgrading to the newest software. When I had my Wing, I did that and it helped tremendously with texting, freezing, resetting, and it also helped with security settings also. Also, be sure that you dont have alot of texts in the inbox, outbox, drafts, and sent folder that drastically decreases the device's physical memory and causes freezing also. Try to keep all pictures, files, videos, music, and 3rd party applications on your memory card. Windows Mobile devices are known for bugs and freezing and any little thing can set them off.

the codec cannot be read........if your music came from multiple sources, some of the codecs(formats) may not be WMP friendly so the player simply skips them.refer to your manual for codecs that can be played.However if you're burning from a disk,i'm unable to help you.if it's just the codec....you need to down load or purchase a media converter software.
