What's the PUK for phone number 662-577-8136

Anonymous Eh!
But you broadcast your number worldwide here on the Internet!

Contact your "Carrier" Service Provider to unblock.

A personal unblocking code (PUC), also known as a PIN unlock key (PUK), is used in 3GPPmobile phones to reset a personal identification number (PIN) that has been lost or forgotten.
Most mobile telephones offer the feature of PIN protection. After switching on the phone, if the PIN security function is active, the user is requested to enter a 4-8 digit PIN enabling the phone's non-emergency calling functions. If the wrong PIN is typed in more than three times, either the SIM card, the device, or both become locked. They can be returned to their original unlocked state by entering a PUC, provided by the service operator after verification. If the wrong PUC is entered ten times in a row, the device will become permanently blocked and unrecoverable, requiring a new SIM card. Cellular phone users are therefore advised by most providers to keep their PUC written down in a safe place separate from the device.

Puk code

A Personal Unlock Code (PUC), also known as a PIN Unlocked Key (PUK), is used in GSM mobile phones

If the wrong PIN is typed in more than three times, either the SIM card, the device or both become locked. They can be reverted to their original unlocked state by entering a PUC, provided by the service operator through verification. If the wrong PUC is entered ten times in a row, the device will become permanently blocked and unrecoverable, requiring a new SIM card. Cellular phone users are therefore advised by most providers to keep their PUC written down in a safe place separate from the device.
The PUC (PUK) is a SIM-specific code assigned by the service provider. It is near-impossible to guess and enter it; thus, if a user does not know his or her PUC and is prompted for it, it should be obtained from the service provider.
Once you enter the PUK code, you must set a pin. The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) and PUK2 are used to unlock the PIN and PIN 2 codes respectively if your SIM card is blocked

Is the unblocking code same as the puk code

Thanks for visiting FixYa!

There are several security codes used on cell phones. I'll try to define each:

1) Limited access code: This is a pre-set code that limits the phone's use to dialing or receiving only pre-programmed numbers. For example, an employer gives a company phone to a delivery guy which will only make calls to -and receive calls from - the office.

2) Security codes:

a) Software security unlock code: Most phones are locked to accept only apps (software) from approved venders. This code is used to unlock the phone so it will download and install third-party applications.

b) User Security Codes (or Blocking codes) : This code unlocks the phone so it can be used to make and receive calls. Without this code the phone is 'blocked' from making or receiving calls.

PUC Code: This code is required when a security code (or block code) has been entered incorrectly too many times. (For example: Someone finds a lost phone which has requires a security code to use the phone, and attempts to guess the code several times.) Once this happens, the phone becomes locked to where the security code can no longer be guessed. A PUC code must now be entered. And, the only way to obtain the PUC Code is directly from the cell phone company that provides service to the phone. (A PUC Code is sometimes referred to as a Master Unlock Code.) Without it, the phone can never make calls again. Attempting to guess the PUC code 10 times can/will damage the phone and the SIM card if the phone has one.

SIM Unlock: Sim Unlock, or Network Unlock is a code which when entered on the phone allows the phone to be used with different cell phone companies.
