Remote turns light on and off but when I try to turn on fan (at any speed) I hear a click noise but it does not turn the fan. Please help.

Sounds like the remote receiver units (located where the mains connect to the fans) took a surge and have failed.

check your remote sensor inside the fan housing and make sure it's wired properly. Sounds like the solonoid is not wired correctly to the light. Hope this helps. Good luck.

check the hard wiring from the factory. Where the light kit attaches to the fan check the wires in the factory cubes to make sure none are coming off. I had a similar problem that kicked my **** for a few minutes but I saw a loose wire after a bit of research. My fan also clicked but never turned on. Also pull the chains on the fan/light to make sure they are on. Hope something works for you.

you need to check the wiring and make sure factory dip switch settings are set
