That's one worst situation you are in. After glancing though the manual I too couldnt find any hope to setup the language. But there is a language setting option mentioned at the end of the manual. May be you can consider trying what was mentioned in Page 84 of the manual. Still I am not sure if that is the setup for language. But a try is a try.. give it a shot.

HI mayuga nicol you want to change the phone languages from italy to english. I 'm not sure either way you go to settings and tools. GO to phone settings and then go to language itwill give you a choice of language you want. The icon looks like a cog or wrench. Hope this helps
