ERROR: The class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device Verifying if the W32.Klez.H@mm Exist on the Computer

  1. Search the system for the file wink*.exe.

  2. If the search finds any executable files beginning with  wink , then this is an indication that the computer is infected with a WORM_KLEZ variant virus.

  3. For resolution, refer to one of the following URLs for information on how to remove the virus from the computer.

you need to look for the up-dated drivers off the camaras web page windows all ways try playing the smart one evert time they do a new copy of windows any thing older that a fuw yearas wont work with xp! its just another con by microsoft!!

1st-try to check for virus/spyware, is virus/spyware normal operation syntom. You dont have any admin control to your computer. check for online antivirus like norton, macfee,....

then try uninstall the current drivers, and try install the original drivers. and post again for more steps

This error may be due to other devices that detects on your computer, it may be a device of mother board hence I suggest you to check device manager for any yellow question mark and then install the driver accordingly.

goto mycomputer,right click select properties,hardare,device manager, right click image & scanners,right click uninstall, goto action menu, select scan for hardware chages.

I cannot install Canon D646U
you need to completely clean your computer , what I mean is to DELETE , UNISTALL everything with the word CANON D646U ,
Lets go first and unistall the driver , then go to START , click SEARCH , go to FILES and hidden FILES and write "CANON D646U" , click SEARCH , erase everything that shows up , and start from scratch , and re install software , hope this works for you AJ
