Anees, you should don't post private information of your device,this is not recommendable, about the security code which you forgot, the free code (master code) will not help you because this is a new generation device,so you need to give official repairer to unlock for you, it is a cheap to remove security code. (around 50 to 100 Rs.)
You can get the restriction code for your Nokia 5200 from your service provider or from any reliable online sites!!! I would suggest simpleunlocking.com , here they provide perfect codes at reasonable price!!!
Do not try More times it will block your code if u get the Real Code Still Problem exist... You may better to use any Unlocking tool/Consult an Expert (Because phone need not be Damaged by Improper handling)
