Paper won't feed

1.Check inside the printer to see if you have the ink properly installed.
2.Make sure you don't you re-use papers that you have already used.
3.All papers have to be perfectly allined.
4.Check the connection wires between the computer and the printer.
5.Scan your computer with a security system to catch and eliminate viruses,tracking cookies etc.
If all else fails I don't know what to say

you will likely have to take this in for (hopefully free!) warranty service. it sounds like there was an assembly issue here. good luck!

Try feeding a post card or a different kind of paper thru the feeder tray, make sure that it is going in smoothly.

Try something innovative for checking out those rollers

if you are having issue with the paper feed , try these steps
1. Unplug the power adapter

2.open the printer cover , look for any obstructions inside , lift the printer and shake it firmly

3.turn the printer upside down and gently tab on the base,.

4. Put your Hand inside the Input paper tray and manually roll the two rollers

5. Put back the power adapter , turn on the Printer and try to copy a document from the printer.

Try all these steps and if you still have the paper feed issue then purchase the new printer

Got rid of my problem!

In an act of despair I started to poke around the inside of the printer with a wooden match. Especially I found a small black lever mentioned on a Dell web site (general paper jam help page) that could be pressed a little. It is placed just a little bit right of center behind the carriage and just above the roll that feeds the paper beneath the printer heads. I'm not sure if this was what finally did it, but now the paper jam problem has gone away.

Another thing I noticed is that my carriage is now moving to center when I open the top. When the paper jam error was present it always moved to the far left (so I could remove any jammed paper, I suspect).

place a piece of cardstock in printer try to print on it or unplug printer and replup it in hopes of resetting it

look in paper path area and make sure no sensors are blocked

clean feed in roller with rubbing alcohol on a micrfiber cloth if there is white reside on rollers you just have a traction problem
also make sure no torn paper is in the paper feed area

ATN master 3202 clean paper feed rollers with a micrfiber cloth moistened with rubbing alcohol will be rollers that pull paper probably just need wiping off after a lot of use these rollers build up paper dust that causes traction problems

you need to clean paper feed rollers with isopropanol alcohol on a microfiber towel or get a sheet of cardstock to print on as it prints it will force out any foriegn material

To correct paper feed function make sure feed sensor lever isnt broken
