I have NEC LaVie LC 300/1 Computer but I have problem of battery. which show low with in 5 or 6 min.

Hi there. If your computer is more than 1 year old and have never replaced the battery, you need to replace it. If it's less than 1 year old then go to the support website of NEC LaVie, get the serial number or service tag and search for the latest BIOS Update and download it.

The set-up manual is missing from my brand new LaVie LM 530, which I bought in Japan in Jul this year. Please help me find the instruction manual on line- either in Japanese or English.
If I'm right, LaVie is just a Compaq Presario that NEC stuck their name on.

If your laptop is a different size or specs, search for a close Compaq match and you should be ok. NEC and LaVie provide about ZERO support.
