It indicates that the scanner bulb may not be heating up fast enough for the printer to work properly.
I found this fix on another forum. Sounds like it's worth a try:

With the printer off, press and hold power+cancel simultaneously,
Release cancel but keep power button pressed,
Press cancel button 4 times,
Release both.
I don't know what this does exactly, but it seems to reset something and make a fresh start, the printer will take longer to resume the power on sequence.

Wast ink tank full. tune off unit take power out. hold power and cancel button in and put the power in. release the cancel button but hold the power in. push cacel 2x release the power buttong and press cancel 4x push power button 2x. swich it on it should work.
it means Print head temperature rise error or Error Code 5200 Condition: The print head temperature exceeded the specified value. Problems and Solutions:
Turn off the printer and then turn on if error still persist replace Ink cartridge or print head
