I have been having just about the same problem with mine, i can watch the tv for about 20 min and then the dvd player comes on by itself then it goes to red, green, yellow, and black and white, i've tried resetting the dvd player to default but it hasn't helped mine.When i try to turn it off it automaticly comes back on so i have to unplug it.If i find a way to make mine work right i will send you a message to let you know so you can try it on yours. I've had mine just over a year and i don't have a warrenty anymore.

I had the same prob,first thing u need to do is to hold on ps3 power button for 4-6 sec until the ps3 resets and turns off.Next unplug and replug yr hdmi/red white and yellow wires in.Then turn ps3 back on it should adjust in 8seconds.

Hello, I would advise as I do not know all the specifics to try to give the T.V. a signal from a cable box or dvd player. Then I would unplug the T.V. for about 5 minutes and then plug it back in and try to turn it on. Most newer televisions will have a One Year warranty included at the time of purchase so if all else fails, you maybe able to get a warranty replacement.

how old is tv?? and the best way to see if its the power botton is to try and hold for a few seconds and if it don't stay powered on then unplug and replug .....other then that sounds like power supply

the flash was the fuse inside the set blowing it usually takes out one or two diodes in the power supply section but maybeyou got lucky and its only the fuse.
