Hi I can usually find manuals on Janome no problem but I can't access the one for Hello Kitty. If you click on the specifications for any machine on the Janome site a PDF appears with a download manual button next to it. I can see the PDF but no download manual button. http://www.janome.com/index.cfm/Machines/Sewing-Quilting/Hello_Kitty This machine does look similar and I could get the link for a free manual, hope this helps. If not contact Janome. http://www.janome.com/documents/File/ManualFile/3128.pdf Try ebay for a power cord. A Janome cord should fit more than one machine. Just check the connection pins etc match.

Why not to require suppliers to give? I have the same condition as you when i shoping from http://www.awholesalecompany.com finally they sent me a mail about the user Manual.
The hello kitty camera is a sakar product. I would recommend going to www.sakar.com for contact/support information. The may be a possibility to download a manual or have one mailed.
