Hello, this is because Windows7 does not have appropriate drivers or software for your webcam. Use Windows Update to search for drivers online. Argox list another driver for windows7 - it is the seagull driver and is available from the Argox product support pages - go to http://www.argox.com/content.php?sno=0000033&P_ID=23 click on the drivers tab and you will see it there.

*uninstall some unwanted softwares which you installed in your pc recently.

There is a driver on Windows Update.
