Upon typing a very long document on my computer i was told to enter my product key to proceed. please aid me through
It came pre installed on my hp 530 so no CD and i trtyed the key on the back but it doesn't work!!!!!!!!!! so there

The product Key is on a sticker on your case. Usually found on either the sides of the case or on the back. If the software your refering to is MS office or MS word you would than find the product key on it's manual or the sleeve that holds the CD.
