Page is coming white from hp1010 printer - HP LaserJet 1010 Printer

Try a different cartridge, blank horizontal would point towards a possible drum issue. Does the defect repeat down the page?

If you are running Windows 7 as your OS, do the following:
1: Press the "Windows" button on your keyboard. (Right between CTRL and ALT)
2: Move mouse to right side of the window and left click on "Devices and Printers"
3: The list of available printers will now display.
4: Right click the HP1010 and then move mouse cursor to "Remove Device"
5: Left click "Remove Device
6: Left click "YES"
7: Bye Bye HP1010

Is the printer out of paper? Is the toner cartridge installed correctly? There are no secondary codes for the HP1010. Could be a bad fuser.

push the green button on the printer, if page blank again disassemble laser module and clear dirt with cloth and alcohol

also check whether the printer is shared on your network

If you login to internet you download the driver from the www.hp.com Download printer driver
But if you can't , use the driver exist in the Win XP ( HP Laser jet III )
