I have a Zyxel P330W wireless router and an M 302PCI adapter on the existing network. I recently added a second PC running win 7 and a G 302 PCI adapter. I'm using the new win7 drivers but it won't connect to the network. The new PC can see the network but won't connect. Can't figure out why.

I suspect the issue is not the firmware- check the security settings you have for your wireless network. If you are using Windows Vista/7, it would be through Network > Network and Sharing Center > Manage Wireless Connections > right click on the appropriate connection, go to properties and look for security. Check with a wired pc what the settings are in your Zyxel- match, and you should be able to connect wirelessly
Your wife's laptop is setup to connect to another wireless network. It must be set up now for the wireless network that you are trying to connect to. This means that your wife's laptop is trying to connect to the wireless network somewhere else. You need to let the laptop look for available wireless networks. It should be able to see your wireless network. It will then require you to enter the password that you have set in your Zyxel. If you don't know the password, call Zyxel.
Do you have a wireless card on the PC's and a wireless router connected to Comcast Broadband. If so read the Zyxel manual. It should have some straightforward instruction. Use DHCP.
