I have IBM thinkpad 600X. As soon as i turn on my laptop it gives error message 161 and 163 then a screen pops up saying ERROR.. i have to either push ok or ignore . If i do either then i get to another screen that says OFF / ON i can't do anything really but i hit tab button 3 x then i have to turn it on. When i turn it back on for the most part it will start up windows.

CMOS setup is the settings, for the motherboard, you get into before the PC boots into windows.
Usually by pressing F1, F2, or Delete during system startup.

P4P800 - VM BIOS Version 1012 to Upgrade 1018 Now CMOS can't save Date & Time

I'm sorry to have to say this but your CMOS battery connection is bad. There is basically nothing you can do other than replace the whole motherboard if it is too much of a problem.

One of my many computers is like this as well. I'm lucky in that as long as I leave that computer plugged in (it doesn't need to be turned on just plugged in), the CMOS won't reset its self. If you aren't that lucky then I would seek out a replacement motherboard.

As far as the computer world is concerned we are all unknowledgeable to some degree - but you described the problem accurately and gave correct information that is the first step to get help. I am unable to suggest a solution but maybe you can post your problem on this hp help forum or seek a solution already there.

If this computer has a CD (for XP) or DVD (for Vista and Win 7) and you have the installation disc you can try a system repair by starting to re-install, and when asked press R for repair (not install- that may delete your data). For that better study more about the correct steps for your system and operating system.

It looks like something behind my rear wheel is broken; the part the brake pad is attached to; either that part or behind that part something is broken causing the wheel to wabble like its about to fall...

Sounds like a wheel bearing. If you jack up that side of the car and the wheel flops around than the bearing is bad. It is not uncommon for these vehicles. They usually start to make a lot of noise before they get that sloppy.

The bearing is a bolt in style and as long as you have a basic set of tools, a socket to fit the axle nut, and a 1/2" torque wrench to torque the axle nut on the new bearing, it is a pretty easy job to do.

The first thing to try, is to look on the motherboard for the CLRCMOS2 terminal pins, this allows you to clear the data in CMOS. The data in CMOS includes system setup information such as system password, date, time, and system setup parameters. To clear and reset the system parameters to default setup, please turn off the computer and unplug the power cord from the power supply. After waiting for 15 seconds, use a jumper cap to short the Clear CMOS jumper for 5 seconds. After shorting the Clear CMOS jumper, remove the jumper cap. If you have changed the ram make sure it's compatable, but if the above has
