You need to goto
the manufacturers website, find their support section and there should be a
list of drivers for your specific machine. Installing these should resolve your
problem. I have a list of links to most manufacturers drivers on my website.

go to microsoft.com and enter your vista model no(i.e)that is the no you mentioned(nec i-select)......you will definitely find the required drivers in that site.[but please enter enter your no correctly...otherwise you will find different drivers...].Try this it will work 100% for you.
Your solution is a easy one. Goto your favorite search engine. Type in NEC lavie ll350/b support. Find the web site that has your manufacture. When you are in the web site find the word support and then find your particular model. Once you click on it you will get a download page with drivers and manuals. Click on the drivers you need. Download them then run them on your computer.. this should fix your problem.
