Jefenader, If pedestal has been removed, the monitor back cover will need to be removed (parted away) from the front surrounding bezel. Some monitors need the front bezel removed first!!! Be very careful with what and how you do this!!!!! Try to find video clips on YOUTUBE first!!!! Search for "LCD monitor disassembly" and or "LCD monitor repair" to find someone that is doing a "tear-down" on make-model similar to your unit. Never use any sharp knives or cutting tools when prying these snap-together cases apart!!! Good luck guy. 12fixlouie
