The Garmin Nuvi 1300 was working gret. It was a Chrismas gift. It just stopped working it will not come on at all the screen is blank black. No signal will not turn on at all. Did not drop it or and other damage. Need to find out how to fix it or get a new one. No charge under a year old. Purchased 12/19/2009.

I got a Garmin 1300 for Christmas; when it is powered up, i get the Garmin name, then a green line begins from the left to start, Stops about one inch in and stops. It powers down and goes black. Help!
