Hi there,
I have recently refilled both the colour and the black cartridge in my HP PSC 2355. I was able to print successfully for at least 10 items in black. I think the colour cartridge had run too dry so the refill has not been successfull on that cartridge. However, now my printer is displaying this message "Print cartridge in right stall not supported" with the flashing red warning light and i am unable to print anything else. I would be gratefull if anyone could shed some light as to the problem, even though i know someone is going to say i just need to buy new cartridges!! More cost great stuff. Many thanx for your help and i hope to hear from you soon.
As a refiller, I've seen this many times. Usually it happens in the multifunction machines. If you put that cartridge in a stand alone printer, it will work good. HP all in ones blow a resistor in the cartridge making it useless to any all in one machine. Sadly, it is time to buy new.
Are you saying Buy a new cartridge or a new printer?
The application that you use to print may have been cofigured to avoid the black color.
And sometimes a virus has affetced your application e.g. MS Word.... this may cause the printer to print in any colour.
In this case you should reinstall the application. (first completely remove the application).

I have the same problem. It has been working fine then all of a sudden it just pops up with that. I'm just about to try and put in another new cartridge and see if that works. Its really strange.
I have the same message on my printer, but I have an HP Photosmart 2610. Any solutions?
