hey, you can open line your phone in the cellphone shop that offers services like openline, ringtones etc. cause if you asked on the technicians of your network provider they wont openline it.

If your phone is branded, foirget it. Can use specific software to network unlock or Nemesis

Do you mean opening the backside cover to insert the sim card? Just push the button on the cover backside and pull it from the bottom of the fone. First time it may be hard to push, but it will get loose during use. Hope this helps. If not pls ask me in detail. Thx.

Is your phone openline? if not go to your nearest cellphone technician and instruct him to openline your cellphone. then it might work.

Reset your phone settings. Turn off phone security off. Located at settings, security settings, phone lock settings.
