motor controller and speed sensor both are malfunctioning

This condition is when the treadmill goes to full speed as soon as you power up the treadmill. Typically when this occurs, it is an indication of a short circuit in the motor controller.

You have to put the safety key in if you want to select speed/incline or predefined programs.
It starts and runs at full speed on that occasion because it's part of the maintenance process, that lubricates the inner rollers so that it will continue to work perfectly for as long as possible.

Check out treadmilldoc.com The very best free information and help you can get to fix your treadmill yourself. I would say off hand the belt needs lubed (at least once a year) with special lube. Do not use ordinary household lubricants. Or the breaker switch is bad. About $8 to 15$. It's tripping for a reason, clean and lube and then go from there.

Sometimes the tread needs to be lubricated. This was the case with ours. You can get a lubrication kit at ****'s Sporting Goods or other larger sport stores and it will instruct you on how to do it.
