Sir, i want to sound driver 845gv/gl intel i download many driver but not support, please help me

Hello,

You can play both Playstation and Playstation 2 games on PC using emulator softwares. We don't support piracy here so do this only if you have a original Playstation disc. And you will need to dump your bios from your own PS2,since the emulator needs those files to play the games on your pc.For further details on how to configure the emulators you can checkout the forums and official websites of the emulators themselves.

Here is the link for PS2 emulator http://pcsx2.net/downloads.php download the first one named
pcsx2 0.9.6 installer.And here is its configuration guide http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Official-English-PCSX2-configuration-guide-v0-9-6

That was for Playstation 2,if you want to play only PlayStation 1 games then download epsxe from this page along with the config utility http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/epsxe.html

Thanks for using Fixya!
tip

Game problem how to play ps2 games on computer

This is possible through the use of Emulators. Software that emulates, in this case, PS2 hardware so that your computer can play your PS2 games. Not all games work however, but the PCSX2 emulator is one of the best.

http://pcsx2.net/about.php

The PCSX2 emulator is not your only option, you can discover more emulators here.

I want to play ps2 games on pc

Dear friend i am too fond of games .so i can very well tell .
Okay The Steps to play PS2 in computer

Get the emulator PCSX2 from www.pcsx2.net
All the plugins will be with the file.

To Get the BIOS::::::::

There are 2 ways.
1>If you own a PS2, download the DUMPBIOS software from the above website. Run PS2 link in your computer and Execute the software.

2>The second way is downloading. The url is -

http://thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3337807&fl#show

copy the whole line in your adress bar. In the page you will find the details of the BIOS file.
Click on Download This Torrent to download the file. BUT THE STORY DOES NOT END HERE... It is a BitTorrent Download File. You need a soft ware called BitTorrent to download the bios file. go to google or any other search engine and type in BitTorrent download or any other keyword of your choice. You will find the results. Go to the site and download it. Then Install it and run the ps2 bios torrent file. It will start downloading and the zip/rar file will be kept in your desktop. Then you can play your favourite PS2 Games. THE BIOS IS TESTED BY ME PERSONALLY AND IT WORKS.**ENJOY**

if there is any problem then please post it or email me with the subject - PS2 BIOS

How can i play the ps-2 game in pc

Make an .ISO or MDS file of the disk and save it to you hard drive. ImgBurn is good for this and free too.
Now download PCSX-2 emulator and load the .iso or the MDS file and enjoy!

Note:
The PCSX2 0.9.4 emulator installer package includes a Compatibility list for you to check your game against and a selection of patches which will make some games go further.

PCSX2.exe is a Virtual Memory build and should be faster than PCSX2t.exe, this build however requires Win XP Pro or Win XP Home Edition (SP2).

PCSX2t.exe is a TLB build, and is slower than the Virtual Memory build, use this if you do not have a Win XP OS, or are having trouble running games with the VM version.

Good Luck

The bios files i downloaded for pcsx29.4 now it stars i had rocatd the memory card but how to start the game

I would advise that you do not load them from DVD. I have had poor luck because of the driver in PCSX2 that runs the DVD rom drive. It's not fast emulation. If you know how to do so I would suggest you make an ISO of the game and place it on your computer then go into PCSX's configuration menu and go to CD/DVDROM and use the ISO loader . What this will do is it emulates a CD/DVDROM drive and will load any ISO you tell it to. I'm sure you can see the advantage of doing this. It will speed up the game play and emulation by a very large margine because it will read off your hard drive instead of your CD/DVDROM. 7600 RPM is much faster then any CD/DVDROM drive.

The next thing you NEED TO DO is to go to this page and make sure the game you are trying to play will even work with the PS2 emulator. Keep in mind nothing is 100% perfect and some games will not even load period or will have issues. SO check this list .::HERE::. either type your game name into the search engine or click the letter that your game starts with. ALWAYS check this list when you're trying new games. Some games have had known graphical errors or menu problems. So make sure you check this list first cuz it will help save you some frustration when trying to get games to load.

Pcsx2 software

This is because you're using either A.) The wrong bios file for ps2 emulation ex.SPCH1000.bin (this is a playstation 1 bios) or B.) The bios you (obtained) is corrupted.

Here is a few pieces of info you should note about the bios's in question.

SPCH 30004R V6 (PAL EUR) Bios.bin
Filesize: 4,096kb

SCPH 100000.bin (***)
Filesize: 4,096kb

SCPH 39001.bin (standard US)
Filesize: 4,096kb

As you can see they adhere to a certain file size. All of the above bios's can be located by using google or by using bittorrent sites like this one .::HERE::.

Final Note: You're really at the mercy of the person who made the bios file as to whether or not he did it correctly. As you can see by the info I posted above and untampered bios will be 4,096kb in size. This does not mean that a file larger or smaller will not work. I'm just stating what the norm is. Also note that a PS1 bios file will not work in the PS2 emulator, and for that reason it will not play playstation 1 games at all. (or so the creator of PCSX2 says)

PLAY PS2 GAMES ON PC

Ok, you want a full procedure here it is. First of all if your computer does not meet the following specs stop reading cuz you'll be wasting your time trying to get it to work and will be very disappointed by the quality of game play:

Minimal Specs:
AMD 64 or Intel Pentium 4 (VM Build will not work with non SSE2 CPU's)
512MB of RAM
Pixel Shader 2.0 supporting card

Recommended Specs: (For reasonable performance in many games, but not all)
AMD64 X2 or Intel Conroe E6600+ (Multi Threading is supported in PCSX2)
512-1024MB of RAM (more RAM allows for VM mode to be stable)
Pixel Shader 2.0 supporting card (recommended GeForce 6600-8800 or equivalent ATi card)

Possible Ideal Specs:
64bit OS such as Vista or winXP64, to allow for future support of 64bit recompilers.
Future AMD or Intel Quad Coremaybe needed, but currently the support of 4 threads is not handled byPCSX2, and the effect of threading out EE / VU is not yet known.
We don't forsee you requiring a GPU more powerful than the current generation of cards, up to and including the nVidia GeForce 8800.

Also note, if if have just a standard AMD Athlon (non64) don't even bother trying to run this emulator. It does work but is very very slow.

If you meet at the very least the minimum specs go here and download PCSX2 Binary. .::CLICK HERE::.

This is the BEST PS2 emulator currently on the net. There is NONE better.

Next: as with any emulator you need a BIOS in order to use it. There are several methods to getting a PS2 BIOS. You can google "PS2 BIOS download" or check torrent sites like this one .::HERE::.and do a search for "PS2 BIOS". At any rate, get 1 or many BIOS(one for each different area ex. Japan, US, Europe)

Next: Un-7zip the PCSX2 7zip. Take the BIOS.bin files you downloaded and place them all in the folder, "bios" in the PCSX2 folders you unzipped.

Next: You'll notice two icons that look the same one is called pcsx2.exe and one is called pcsx2t.exe. I have had no luck getting anything to play worth a **** on pcsx2.exe. I use pcsx2t.exe. According to the person who made this program, pcsx2.exe is a faster emulator version, but he says that AMD people have had better luck using pcsx2t.exe. So, if your computer has an AMD processor try the pcsx2t.exe first. But keep what I said in mind cuz you may have to use the other one instead. In either case, choose one and run it.

Next: When the program opens, it will have to be configured. Look at the top of the program and click the, "config" menu option. Next click the, "configure" menu option. You are now faced with several configuration options. I'm not even going to bother explaining what each option does, go .::HERE::. it explains what everything does. 9 times out of 10 when pcsx2 won't work, it's cuz of a bad configuration. SO MAKE SURE YOU READ THAT WHOLE PAGE.

As you can see there two ways you can load a game. Either by turning the game itself into an ISO or from using your DVD-ROM drive.

As far as controlers go, you can purchase USB PS2 look alikes from most computer stores. You can also get PS2 to USB converters that you can plug directly into your computer. And there is even a SIAXIS driver floating around on the internet that will run a PS3 controler as if it was a standard computer game controler. If you don't have money for a controler or what not just use the ZeroPAD option under, "First Controler" and start binding keyboard keys to assigned slots.

As with any emulator nothing is perfect and this will not play every single PS2 game out on the market. However, this is the most current emulator in production atm and is the furthest along. When you get everything up and running you'll want to look ..::HERE::. at the compatibility list to make sure your game is registered to even work with this emulator.

Hope that helps,
L8er

How does I run the ps2 games on pc ?

http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/ps2/ There are 3 different emulators there. I haven't tried them, so I can't say how well they work, but if your hardware can handle it, one of those should play your PS2 games.
