Well i got turn my ps3 on it beeps the light on the console goes dark green then it goes light green beeps twice and starts flashing the red light and so then unable to turn my ps3 on.

This is known as the yellow light of death(ironic i know). This is caused when the unit overheats causing solder on the board to melt and bridge(connect).
