We eat because it feels good to eat. Eating is fun especially if we are bored. Its important to stay busy, identify your hobbies and what you like to do for fun. Support groups help. I believe there is a meeting similar to AA called eating disorder anonymous. Im pretty sure thats the name but i could be wrong. You are not the only one experiencing this problem. Others have overcome this and will be happy to help you do the same. "When the pain of remaining the same becomes greater than the pain of change, we will change" you can do it, get moving!

First of all please do not start throwing up....also your BMI is very healthy. I understand wanting to loose some weight. Acording to your height and weight you could probably loose 10lbs without doing damage to your body and still be in a healthy BMI.....even though you do not NEED to loose wieght.
I always been able to keep myself thin by simply listening to my body. Only eat when you are hungry. Counting calories will only make you crazy. You do not want to become a yo-yo dieter. Only eat when you are hungry and stop eating when you do not feel hungry anymore. It really is that simple. It does take some self control. Good luck!!
