Hi Thanks for your question
What i would recommend to do is in order to return your system to working state is to use System Restore tool. To use it please follow this.
1. When starting System press F8 key few times till you are shown some options. 2. One of the options should be Safe Mode please choose it and press enter 3. Once safe mode is loaded you will be asked if you want to use system recovery or just use safe mode 4. Click no to run System Restore 5. Once system restore is started from calendar showed choose the system restore point when system was working correctly 5. Press next and then next again 6. In few minutes your system should restart and work as normal
Good luck an please let us know if this was helpful

Blue Screen then system restarts with an error message

There are two possible solutions given by Micrsoft, one & two.

Both explanations are extremely, but about halfway down each page is the Resolution; One requires a registry edit; Two has a Windows Update you can download.

Tried to download msn live know all i get id runonce window messing up everything how do i get rid of it

A JScript error on the page results in the blank blue screen, preventing the user completing the set-up procedure for the browser. Because it never completes it will be shown every time the browser starts. How to stop runonce.msn.com being displayed I found a number of pages on various forums with all manner of theories concerning this annoying problemette. The best and easiest solution I found involves creating a couple of registry keys so that Internet Explorer thinks the page task has been completed.
Directly editing the registry should only be undertaken by someone who is confident that they know what they are doing.
The Windows Registry Start the Windows Registry Editor, I will not explain how to do this as, if an explanation is needed, you should not tinker with the registry.
HKEY_LOCAL_USER Expand:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_USER
    • Software
      • Microsoft
        • Internet Explorer
          • Main
Add 2 new DWORD keys:
From the Edit menu, select New then DWORD Value
Name this RunOnceComplete and set the value to 1
Repeat the above to create a key named RunOnceHasShown and set this value to 1
Check that the Internet Explorer Home Page is correctly set to the home page of your choice and start IE7.
Hey Presto! No blue screen xx

Blue Screen

There is a very good page for diagnosing Windows bluescreen STOP messages which should narrow down if it's hardware or software. The page gives a list of all the possible bluescreen entries and links to relevant Microsoft pages where necessary. Take a look at it by clicking here.
