Dead Driver for Easy CD Creator

I tried to install Easy CD Creator. It failed because there is no Vista driver available.
But now I get a driver error message EVERY time I power up my PC. Very annoying. How can I uninstall the pesky driver? I`ve uninstalled Easy CD Creator already.
Running a Quad core PC with Vista home premium.
Your advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks...

I couldnt find any Adaptec or Roxio programs, files or folders.

So I went to Step 5

    Nothing at Step 6

    Continued then thruogh Steps 7/8/9

Restarted machine and still got the two error messages telling me a Roxio driver was blocked.

    Also got this notification:

Data Execution Protection has closed one of your programs. Now I`m worried that I`ve caused irreparable damage to the system!!

    Please advise.

    Many thanks, Art

Coprocessor driver for windows 7

Hi,

Try letting Windows update detect and install the coprocessor driver for you.
You may have to perform the Windows update a couple of times before the device is detected.

When you start windows update it will give you a list of software and drivers that are available, you will in the list that there are optional updates available. Check there to see if the coprocessor driver is there and install everything except for the language packs.

Hopefully this will resolve the problem for you.

Good luck.

TSST Corp CD/DVD RW TS-L632M ATA device wont play discs. Driver is current

I also have the TSST cd/dvd with the same problem but I just realized that is a comflict between all these programs I have installed (Windows Media Player, Sonic and Roxio Easy Creator 6). WMP will not even show it, then I went to Roxio audio central an it worked perfectly. I tried to change the default back to WMP but it wont take it. I believe this happens because Roxio was the last I installed and took control of the sound. Hope this help. I will be uninstalling my WMP and installing it again so that I can keep it as my first choice.

Error when attempting to write disk

Sometimes the driver that is used to burn CD's gets corrupted, you should try removing and re-installing roxio. The only other possibility is a bad CD burner drive, but these are dirt cheap to replace these days, you should easily be able to find one under 40$.
