Check what is the size of the documents you print, if the memory is not decent and documents big, it may clog the memory temporarily. Regards, Mike.

while all 3 lights lit up hold go button and different light pattern if big and middle light are on fuser if just big light scanner if anything else post light pattern

If your running windows VISTA or Windows & no it is not compatable with your computer
Its a big headache I know for I have the same prplem
I hope very soon an upgrade will be offered

This is a big issue with these printers, as the pads get worn out it starts feeding multiple pages. HP used to offer free kits to repair this issue but they are no longer offering them but a lot of people are selling these kits now. The link below is one place you can get the kit or you can look on EBay for HP 1100 repair kit, they are usually a little cheaper.

This could be signaling that the toner is empty. Replace the toner and see if the light goes back to green. Hope this helps.

Have you loaded the drivers and set up your fax ie name number etc tone pulse. fi you have done this. then you will need to delete driver and reload.

Hold the power button for 5~10 secs. Once the green light start flashing, remove your finger to the power button.

If connector have two big brown wires (pins 1 and 11) and a small brown wire (pin 2). then short circuit the small brown wire with a big brown wire (pins 1 and 2).
Also short circuit the small black wire (pin 16) with a big black wire (pin 17).
Ps. The Power Supply needs a minimal load ex: 1A.
