Question about Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My Canon MP830 all-in-one was scanning fine and until I reinstalled it
on my newer Dell, now everything works but the scanner. The computer
doesn't seem to recognize it. I even went to device manager and update
drivers it seems to recognize the Canon hardware but the scanner
software part is undetected. I have installed and unstalled several
times. I was going to attempt again to reinstall software but to make
matters worse I have somehow lost my installation disc!
How can the fax and printer work but not the scanner?
