The person who is phoning me can hardly hear me, i can hear them ok just they can't hear me. what can i do?

Do you have a clear dial tone and you can hear it seems to dial the number ok?

Check to see if you have fuzz stuck in the microphone hole.

mobile phones has two speaker one is used for hearing music, ringtone etc.. and other is used to communication if u cannot hear the voice the communication speaker is problem or network problem ......u can used through loud speaker option while communication or visit the nokia showroom

The ear piece of the phone is not working.
get it replaced from the service center.

power cycle. if same issue, remove the simcard and the battery, after 2 mins, insert it again. if same issue perform soft reset *#7780*. if still the same perform hard reset: *#7370* default is 12345. back up 1st data/files before doing the hard reset. your issue will be resolved.

I went into settings and reset settings checked everything except network settings

phone rebooted and hey presto volume ok now

having volume problem, can't hear ring tone
is there anyway to increase volume?

Ypu can try going into settings. then sound and then go to voulme And try doing that
