The memory card suggested for Samsung GT-S6700 is of course Micro SD card. So it must accept all those Micro SD cards. If your phone is not reading any of such cards, the card might be locked. Unlock the card by sliding the key present on the side of the card.
Hope this one solved your problem. If you have additional doubts, please come back to us.

Hi! Is the new card a normal micro-SD card - or is it a SDHC card?? Pay attention to your player version, as only v2 (e250 v2) supports SDHC cards. For v1 you'll have to use a standard micro-SD card. If it DOES support SDHC cards, or it's not a SDHC card, then:
Have tried using another card to see it the device is not damaged and that it still have the ability to read micro-SD cards?
Have you try using your own card on another device (PC, cell-phone, other player, etc.)? Did it work (Check for SDHC compatibility in this case as well...)??
FYI, SDHC stands for Secure Digital - High Capacity.
According to Samsung's page on this camera, the following memory can be used:
External Memory(Optional) : Micro SD (up to 4GB) Micro SDHC (up to 8GB)
4 GB is acceptable, but I think you do not have the correct type of card. You should be using a Micro SD or "Micro Secure Digital" (up to 4GB capacity) or a Micro SDHC or "Micro Secure Digital High Capacity" (up to 8 GB capacity) card. This is very different from an SD or SDHC card. These Micro cards are very small (smaller than your thumbnail) and are often packaged with an SD adapter card. Regardless if sold with or with out the adapter, the package should say Micro SD or Micro SDHC on it somewhere.
The SD card format only goes to 2Gb, anything after this, is an SDHC. You are obviously trying to use this with an R4 card or similar... These will only accept micro SD, and not micro SDHC
If it is a 4GB micro SD card it won't work, a nokia 6300 doesn't accept HC (high Capacity) micro SD cards. Maximum you can use is a 2 GB micro SD card.
