Bluetooth Connectivity When I try to connect to another phone, it will let me and it will find it... But when I try to have them send me any ringtones it will not work it will say device not found. I was trying to connect with a person who has Alltell and another one with Verizon. Are their phones locked because I connected with a friend that had Alltell, but I heard Verizon locks their phones?

Yes they do. The only thing your bluetooth on the phone is for is for a headset.

My laptop is bluetooth and so is my phone. Useless.

If you want to make your own ringtones and sounds you can use
Bitpim
http://www.bitpim.org/
If you decide to use this contact me and I will give you the step by step. It is perfectly legal, you are using your own music to do this.

Understand I am not sure if it will recognize your phone. I will try and find out. Also, you will need a usb cord to use it.

How do i receive bluetooth ringtones on my palm

Others haev to pair their phones with yours. then only would you be able to send or receive. What you do is ask your friend to put his BT on as you do yours. Ask him to select a music file and select option send. he will get a choice and should select BT. He will get the list of BT enabled devices and your phone will be listed there. Ask him to select your name. When he does send the file to you you will get a notice asking you that so an so is sending a file to you. should you accept. Accept. And the download will start. Cheers.

Need help on sending ringtones from my motorola v3

when you get a "sound" you want to save as a ringtone and you think you may want to use it again to send to another phone, always save it as a sound so that you can text it... Otherwise you can try looking on Phonezoo.com for the ringtone you want on your other phone, you'll have to sign up and select which phone you have. It is absolutely free. does not charge for ringtones and there is no subscription.

I do not know how to use the bluetooth on LG Vu

Hi there, if you are connected through the bluetooth, then you have to see that is your ringtone reusable i man some ringtones you cannot share or send.
the easiest way is to go to the folder where your desired ringtone is (be sure you are connected) click on the properties and you will see the option 'send" and when you click it it will ask
text/mms/bluetooth
select bluetooth
it will search for the device (if you paired the device already then it will show)
select the designated device
and click ok

hope it will work for you

seems complicated but it is easy

Bluetooth help

This phone does not even have bluetooth!

The only way to transfer files from one to the other is to transfer from phone#1 to your PC, then from the PC to phone #2.

Maybe you have a different phone to the w375. The w375 does not have bluetooth.

Bluetooth

What are you trying to send? Picture, video, ringtone, app?
For a ringtone, go to the Media Finder, select ringtones, then "All Ringtones" and scroll to the one you want to send. Hit "options" and scroll to the option "Send"
Select "Send" and one option should be "send Via Bluetooth"

The process should be similar for other sendable items.
