The Whirlpool washer error code F21 means the washing machine has a "water draining issue", meaning the drain pump itself, or the drain hose is clogged and the washer is having problems draining the water out. In other words, the washer is taking too long to drain the water out of the tub.

The "F5" error means that the temperature sensor has recorded an unusual reading while using hot water. This usually is a sensor error rather than a malfunction of your hot water heater. Check the temperature sensor connection. The sensor may be moved out of place or disconnected. Remove it from the plug and plug it back in to reset the connection. If the error appears again, replace the sensor on the washer.
This means that the drain pump is clogged. Tip the machine back and remove the three screws on the bottom panel. The pump has a filter inside. Pull the filter out and clean it, it will fix the issue for sure!
The error "F20" means : Water Inlet Problem - no water or insufficient

serial communication error between central control and motor control. Check connections at ccu (top front right corner) and mcu (bottom by motor), check belt drive for wear. Did motor run ? Any other codes in diagnostic? (any one modifier button 4 sec on 4 secs off 5 times.) F codes are failures and C codes are portions of test cycle(automaticly run)
