you have to plug your memory card into your computer. the macro memory card is too small, so inside the box your phone was in with the manuals and stuff will be a bigger looking memory card. but you plug the small card into the big card. lol if you look at it you'll be able to figure out, easier done than said.

then plug the bigger card (w/ the smaller one in it) into your computer and a folder should open up. if it doesn't open just go into My Computer and find the folder.

then all you have to do is click and drag your mp3's into the memory card folder.

the memory card the exclaim comes with is only like 500 something MG so it doesn't fit a lot of music so i suggest to go to best buy or target/walmart or something and buy a larger size macro memory card. ---- one with a couple G's. you can find some on ebay for cheaper too.
