Try a new battery pack or let your's charge for 12 hres
about ;its seems that the battery pack you have is low in charge;because if its works with the chargerit should works with battery;about the bad fuse if it was the problem ,the camera will not work at all,
and that is a big problem that fuse is inside the camera on the pwr board,

hope that will help.

One of the cells in the battery may be bad (too weak to power the lens motor)

If you know someone that has the same camera and could borrow the battery to check wether some problem with your canon battery pack or not.

otherwise you can try a new canon camera battery replacement
CANON np-e3 battery
CANON NB-5L Battery
CANON BP-511 Battery
CANON NB-3L Battery

Daughter called me wont start. checked battery at is good. someone stopped to help them and bang on startere and it starts up. Bad starter. Starter replaced. Next day daughter...

it sounds like you have blown fuse to the Alternator.. I don't know what car you are talking about but they charging systems vary.. But if alternator isn't getting all the power it needs it won't charge. this should be checked.

good luck

No power - fully charged battery

How about cleaning the battery contacts in the camera first with a pencil eraser and then, with a cotton swab lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol.

Craftsman 24 hp 42 mower turn key will not start no power check the fuse good battery 14 volts also turn light switch on no lights ? thanks

It sounds like either the battery has failed and no longer has enough power in it or else the battery ground wire, or power wire have become disconnected, the easiest way totest the battery is to run jumpers from the battery posts to the headlights (it does not matter which wire connects where as long as all other wires are removed from the lights)and see if the light, light up and if so how bright, if it does not the battery is not holding a charge and will have to be tested to find out if it is bad or the charging system on the tractor is bad, If they light then the next thing is to connect jumper cables from the battery to the starter solonoid and ground, following color code (positive to positive, negative to negative)and then try to start it, if it does there is a break or something is disconnected between the battery and the starter solonoid. If it does not start then most likely the starter is in need of replacement. Hope This Helps Don

No Power

does the camera work with the a/c power adapter?
If not then it could be something internal.
But if it works with the adapter, your batteries are bad or your battery terminals are dirty.
But just to be safe I would replace the back-up battery which is locate in the screen pocket of the camera. its a CR-2025 Nickel Cadmium battery
also I don;t know if you have a manual but here is a link to one.

Camera Shutting Down

Did this for the same problem on the PowerShot A570 IS and it worked wonderfully (thanks to other poster): For the PowerShot A 430: Take out the batteries, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds or more, then reinstall the batteries. Problem solved!

Canon ZR500 no Charge light

From what ive been told, you might have a blown fuse. Unfortunately it is just any regular fuse its a micro fuse. It is at the edge of the motherboard with the etching H or K there are 4 of them. You can test to see if there is conductivity, if not than it could be the fuse, you can replace it or try to solder over the fuse...that would be dangerous but your camcorder will work until excess current fries it. IF not it could be a loose circuit.

Canon A75 won't power on

The only advice I can give is to check for a fusible link close to where the battery cables connect to the PCB. Look for a component with an F prefix eg f1001 or f001. I never desolder the fuse if it's open circuit, I just break a glass type fuse and solder the wire across the surface mount component. Just make sure the fuse wire is the same value as the original.
