"Cartridge Error"! appears, followed by "Refer to Device Documentation to Troubleshoot". We have checked ink levels, tried a different cartridge, but nothing seems to work. We have also tried deleting and re-installing the printer. Can you help?
Your cartridge may be faulty if you change cartridge and message display same problem so clean catridge block contact with soft cloth clean cartridge back side using student eraser if problem will continue so contact your hardware technician

Run the Clean Print Cartridge utility Make sure that there is plain white paper in the input tray. On the product control panel, press Setup . Press the left arrow ( ) or the right arrow ( ) to select Tools , and then press OK . Press the left arrow ( ) or the right arrow ( ) to select Clean Print Cartridge , and then press OK . The product prints a test page. Examine the test page. If the print quality of the page is good, stop here. If the print quality is bad, proceed to the next step.
