EasyShare M853 Digital Camera: I am trying to upload pictures I took last night f...

I am trying to upload pictures I took last night from my Kodak Easy Share ZD15 to Kodak Easy Share photo ablums I have and it states *can not get the device information*. I have never gotten that error message. Please let me know what I need to do to fix. Thanks!

Try resetting the camera by removing the battery for 15mins then insert a fully charged battery back into the camera and then turn it on.

Uploading videos

When you connect the camera to the PC through USB, you should see the Scanner and Camera Wizard. It gives you the option to transfer pictures and videos to another location on your system. It won't do if if you don't have the room on your HDD.

Kodak easyshare C875

Sounds like the same problem as with the samsung digimax 401... Internal memory. Insert a memory stick and hopefully the camera will come back to life,no?
