Hi there

If the shadow is always in the same place you will have to get one of the LCD's replaced.

It is the most common problem a LCD causes on a Projector.

How do I forward the slides of a powerpoint presentation using the remote?

Make sure that you connect a cable (usually the USB cable is supplied with the projector ) from the computer to the projector. Once communication is established, normal PPT slide advancing is done by pressing the up/down arrow keys (depending on the remote control layout)

When I turn on the lamp with no tray mounted, the light shines through and shows a shadow of the slide lift arm on the screen. The tray does not properly mount on the projector and the For and Rev...

You are describing, among other things, a timing problem with the projector. That is why the light projects with no slide in the gate and the tray does not properly mount. This could have been caused by a slide jam, which "broke" the re-settable emergency clutch. To check (and re-set the emergency clutch), plug the projector in, turn it on and push & hold the reverse cycle button on the projector for a couple of cycles. If it fixes your problem - great!! Otherwise you need to contact an authorized repair dealer for repair.

Epson projector from computer & powerpoint

You need a wireless presentation remote that has a transmitter that plugs in to the back of the computer. This can be used to advance the slides. Make sure you get one that states the distance you need.

Let me know if that helps.

LCD projector has a 'shadow' in the green color

This is a Mainbord problem , the lcd would have shown blotches on your imagr rather than a shadow effect.
