Remove the sd card and plug the camera in the pc using the usb cable. Open "my computer" then double click the icon for the camera. You should now be able to take the photos from the cam memory. Hope this helps.
Hi there, Did you press [play] for about 1 second to turn camera on in playback mode (when you connect the camera to your PC)? if you didn't, thats could be the problem.
It's recommended to use FinePixViewer Overview software that came with you camera package.
yeah to recognize the device you need to install driver from the cd comes with the camera. once you install driver it will automatically recognise your camera.
