Setup codes for Emerson Tv with One For All URC-4021 remote control are:

0154, 0236, 0463, 0180, 0178,
0171, 0623

The One For All 4 Device Universal Remote Control is preprogrammed at

the factory to operate an RCA TV, a Toshiba DVD player, a Motorola cable

box, and an RCA VCR.To control devices other than the default brands,perform
the following steps; otherwise skip this section:

[1] Turn on a desired device (e.g.,VCR or DVD player) and, if
applicable, insert media (e.g., cassette or disc).

NOTE: Please read steps 2 through 4 completely before proceeding.

Highlight or write down the codes and device you wish to program
before starting step 2.

[2] On the remote control,press a device key once (i.e., VCR/PVR,
DVD, CBL/SAT,or TV).

NOTE: To program control of a VCR, PVR (or DVR),TV/VCR Combo,

or TV/VCR/DVD Player Combo press VCR/PVR once.After programming

a VCR Combo device, you will be able to control channel selection,

volume, and VCR functions.

NOTE: To program control of a DVD Player,DVD Player/VCR

Combo, or TV/DVD Player Combo, press DVD once.After programming

a DVD Combo device, you will be able to control channel selection,

volume, and DVD functions.

NOTE: To program control of a Cable Box, Cable Box/PVR (or DVR)

Combo, Satellite Receiver, or a Satellite Receiver/PVR (or DVR)

[3] Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice,
then release SET.

[4] Use the Manufacturer's Codes (starting on page 18) to

locate the type of device and brand name and then enter

the first four-digit code for your device. If performed correctly,
the LED will blink twice.

NOTE: If the LED did not blink twice, repeat steps 2 through 4 and enter
the same code again.

[5] Aim the remote control at the device and press POWER

once.The device should turn off. If it does not, repeat

Hi my nameis Mike Houston of DISH Network and I was going over your post and see whereyou want the codes to program the DISH remote to the Emerson DVD/VCR. I have the same dvd player & the remote went dead. I have been searching & finall found a web site that will help you. The short of it is I have a ATT 200 universal remote that my son gave me & I looked that up on remote.com & it has all kinds of Q&A to research, and I found out if I press my AUX button till all 4 modes flash twice, I can press HELP button & the next set of flashes are actually the code.It is called code scan. Not sure all remotes have this feature, but worth looking into. Hope you find your code. Happy New Year!!

IF not then you should be able to program in Emerson 0591, 0675 for the DVD player

Emerson 0037, 0184, 0000, 0121, 0043, 0209 for the VCR

THe problem arises however, that the vcr and the dvd function buttons are the same, so you can only program one or the other. You need A different remote. I would suggest the 15-2142 made by radioshack. It is the Family 4 in 1 remote, and it has all the functions you need. THis remote is also backlit on some buttons to make it a little easier to see in the dark.
