Language selection How do I select English as Language

To be able to select languages on the control display panel of the imageRUNNER, first you have to flash the machine with the languages that you need. You can do that by installing system software for English language. Then proceed to the the steps below to select the desired language. To Select the Desired Language:
1. Go to Service Mode, *, 2 and 8, *.
2. Select Copier.
3. Select Option.
4. Select Body.
5. Press the right arrow and scroll to the 3rd screen.
6. Select RMT-LANG. For English, it should read en.
7. To change the language, hit the +/- sign until you find the desired language.
8. Select OK.
9. Then power cycle the machine.

Press the Menu button. Select Setup (the wrench icon, or else the last item). Select Language (either the waving flag icon, or else "***/Language" where *** is Language in whatever language is currently selected. No matter the language, it should still say "Language" in English after the slash. In that menu, each language is labeled in that language, so you should see "English" as one of the options. Select that, and everything should be back in English.

1- Press and hold SELECT while simultaneously pushing the power switch ON.
Hold SELECT until SELECT LANGUAGE appears, then release SELECT.

2- LANGUAGE=ENGLISH will display.(this may be in your current language and unreadable, just follow along to the next step)

3- Use the VALUE - and VALUE + keys to select the desired language. (just keep pressing until you see the words "ENGLISH")

4- Press SELECT to save your selection.
The control panel display will indicate the printer is ready to use.

Display Language
You can select either “English” or “Spanish” as the display language. The factory
preset is “English”.
• If you select a language you cannot read, change the display language again

1 Press [MENU].
2 Scroll to “Initial setting” by pressing [up]
or [down], then press Select.
3 Scroll to “Change language” by pressing [up]
or [down], then press Select.
4 To change from English to Spanish, press
Español.
To change from Spanish to English, press
English.
• The display changes to the selected language.
• You can also select a language by pressing [up] or
[down].
5 When Spanish is selected, press Salvar, then press [OFF].
When English is selected, press Save, then press [OFF].

Go to menu. You know the setting icon right. Click on that icon.In that one select first ooption named general settings. in that ,you want to select third option will be the language option in that one you can see the english option.....Hope this will helps you...Thank you...

1.Select Menu
2.Select Settings
3.Select Phone Settings
4.Select Language Settings
5.Select Phone Language
6.Now Select the English Language from the List

Check and revert back
