Running empty there's no noise, even in spin cycle, but with load even small load. The drum wiggle badly and really noisy.
Hi, could be one of at least two things - if the inner drum can be moved up and down by hand more than an inch when you grab it through the open door it could be the drum bearings that have failed - not good. Usually accompanied by a grinding noise and dirty specks on the clothes.
If the outer drum is really loose in the casing - check with machine unplugged and top removed - then one or more of the very strong springs at the top or the telescopic dampers at the bottom might have come off or broken from it's mounting.
Hope this helps!
If it doesn't, please hold off the rating button and add a comment with more details so I can try to help you further. Cheers, D
My eurotech washer has an inner and outer stainless steel drum. The inner drum is supported in the back by cast aluminum supports. (like many other models). The cast aluminum carodes and weakens and breaks. You may find pices of this in the strainer. Not hard to replace and not expensive but very difficult to get the part. Eurotech has been out of the part for months.

Same issue with me and my clothes are getting marked.
How hard is it to change the drum bearings?
